At PazerPro, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your item—purchased from www.pazerpro.com or any authorized e-commerce platform—is found to have a manufacturing defect either on arrival or during the warranty period (as specified on the product page or warranty guidelines), we will repair or replace it at no cost to you, subject to the terms below.
Purchases from Other Platforms
If your PazerPro product was purchased from platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc., we recommend contacting the platform’s support team first. If you're not satisfied with their resolution, you may reach out to us directly.
We offer repair or replacement service for products under warranty. You’ll need to courier the product to our service address at your expense. Once received and inspected, we will send the repaired or replaced item back to you free of charge.
Note: We do not offer doorstep pickup or service.
One-Time Repair/Replacement Policy
Each product is eligible for one-time repair or replacement under warranty, regardless of where it was purchased.
“24 Hours Replacement” Products
Products marked with “24 Hours Replacement” on their page are eligible for repair or replacement within 48–72 hours of delivery, in case of damage or defect.
Once we receive the product and verify that it includes all original accessories and is intact, we will either:
- Repair the product
- OR issue store credit so you can exchange it for another item on our website
Accessories Warranty
Accessories (e.g., Batteries) are not covered under warranty. However, if you report a damaged or defective accessory within 24 hours of delivery, we will replace it. Reports made after this window will not be eligible.
Ineligible for Warranty Service
- Products reported as damaged after 24 hours of delivery
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or non-compliant usage
Post-Sale Service Timeline
We aim to resolve all service requests within 10–12 days. Here's how it works:
1. Raising a Request
Once you contact us, we’ll respond by the next working day. We may ask for photos, order details, or clarifications before approving your request.
2. Inspection
After receiving the product, our team will inspect it within 4–5 working days and update you with the outcome.
