- The Goods must be unused and undamaged

- Items that are damaged, mishandled, or have missing parts after delivery
- Goods without original packaging
- Items with removed, torn, or lost tags

4. Returning Goods (Important Guidelines)
- If we have sent you damaged, incorrect, or low-quality Goods, we will exchange them — no questions asked.
